Service Description: We will compile a contact list of reliable local repairmen (electricians, plumbers, locksmiths, appliance repairmen, drain cleaners), with at least two contacts for each, all verified and available 24/7. We will also provide a “Common Rental Emergency Handling Procedure” (e.g., leaks, power outages, gas odors). Service does not include actual repair costs.
