By purchasing or confirming any service from 3MD LTD, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and return policy.
All services provided by 3MD LTD are non-refundable.
The following items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable:
Property Rental Services
Serviced Apartments
Any Confirmed One-off Service Arrangements
Once a booking process or service request is confirmed and accepted, payment is final and non-refundable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all services provided by 3MD LTD are one-off service transactions.
Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable law or if 3MD LTD deems there to be exceptional circumstances.
Approval of any exception does not constitute an obligation to provide a future refund.
Customers may request to cancel their booking or service request; however:
Cancellation does not guarantee a refund.
Confirmed payments remain non-refundable.
Administrative or operational fees may still apply.
Customers agree not to initiate unreasonable chargebacks or payment disputes after service confirmation or provision.
3MD LTD reserves the right to provide booking records, communication records, agreements, and transaction evidence to payment service providers or financial institutions in the event of a dispute.
