Service Description: When the tenant moves out, we will provide an electronic “Property Condition Checklist” containing 40 common damage points (wall scratches, floor water stains, damaged appliances, cleanliness, etc.). You or the tenant can upload photos, and we will remotely compare them with the photos taken upon move-in to generate a neutral damage assessment report and suggest a reasonable deduction amount (based on local average repair costs).
