Service Description: We will set up a temporary rent collection service for you (through a compliant payment platform). After the tenant transfers the rent to this account, we will deduct a service fee and automatically transfer the money to you. We will also send a payment reminder email/SMS to the tenant 3 days before the end of each lease term and notify you within 24 hours of any overdue payments. The service period is 1 month and is renewable. We do not assume responsibility for freezing funds.
