Service Description: We mail you a mechanical combination key box (can be hung on a doorknob or wall) and remotely guide you through setting a temporary password, choosing an installation location, and usage precautions. Tenants can view or move in without physically exchanging keys. The service includes the key box itself (waterproof and tamper-proof, holds 3 keys) and a 30-minute one-on-one video tutorial.
