Service Description: We will arrange a local assistant (not a licensed broker, but with basic training) to show the property to potential tenants on your behalf. The session lasts 2 hours, and a maximum of 4 groups of clients can be shown the property. Services include: arriving 15 minutes early to open the door, turning on all lights, briefly introducing the property’s highlights, collecting tenant business cards or contact information, and recording feedback on the spot. Limited to the same property.
